Key issuesdenied access to employment fund, complaint not handled properly by provider
Comment summaryI got no updates until I complained. This lack of communication and feedback made me feel like they’d just forgotten me but of course they said they did all these things when I complained. Often the provider would encourage me to vent my issues with her, I did, this was a mistake, she then used it against me when I complained stating that my issues weren’t improving because I won’t go on medication or seek psychological assistance, basically saying it’s my fault… Now after all the trust I thought I had built between myself and my consultant, I’m to be put with someone else now just because it’s the end of the financial year. I have enough trouble trusting ppl when they fail to do what they say they will do… This is my 3rd DES provider in 4 years. Why do they seem to want to keep us dangling, giving us false hope, going around and around, never getting off the unemployment merry-go-round… I’m so exhausted. I’m am done… This provider like many others only “cares” about you for the duration of your appointment. They will tell you you’re a top priority. You’re their best client. Once you’re gone they don’t do anything… They don’t want you off their books because if they did their job, they’d have no reason to exist. Their interest is to keep you out of work so that they can keep their job. Don’t believe a word they say
