|Comment summary||I don’t feel like writing an essay on how terrible my experience was. However, each time I came in I would have to explain (in as calm and polite a voice as I could) my rights to my consultant and why she was not allowed to do whatever nonsense she was trying to pull for that week (yes, compulsory weekly appointments). Upon doing so, my consultant would get very angry with me and insult me repeatedly. I specifically recall being called an “arrogant prick” for asserting my rights. The manager refused to accept any complaints… My consultant once also refused to continue an appointment because I wasn’t “smiling” at her.|
